According to the requirements of Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Industry and Information Technology (" Notice on Organizing and carrying out the warehousing Cultivation of "Upgraded Thousands of Enterprises" Enterprises and the evaluation of innovative smes in 2022 "), innovative smes should meet the following conditions:

The evaluation score shall be more than 60 points (the score of innovation ability index shall be no less than 20 points, and the score of growth index and specialization index shall be no less than 15 points), or meet one of the following conditions:

(I) National and provincial science and technology awards in the past three years.

(2) Awarded with honors such as high-tech Enterprise, national technology innovation Demonstration Enterprise, intellectual property Advantage Enterprise and intellectual property Demonstration Enterprise (all within the validity period).

(3) It has an accredited R&D institution at or above the provincial or ministerial level.

(4) The total amount of new equity financing (the paid-in amount of qualified institutional investors) in the recent three years shall be more than 5 million yuan.

The evaluation score includes six indexes, including innovation ability, growth and specialization. The evaluation result is calculated according to the score value, and the full score is 100. Innovation-oriented smes generally have a sound innovation mechanism, take technological innovation as the core, and form a comprehensive and sustainable innovation ability based on technology, brand, system, management, culture, etc.
